TRUEFITT & HILL 1805 Cologne 100 ml Fresh and dynamic, yet with a warm and enveloping heart. It conceals within itself the contrasting souls of British Style: rigor and formalism, yet ready to embrace originality and eccentricity. A citrus freshness leads to marine notes with oriental hints. It is inspired by Palmerston Bouquet, created in 1850 for Viscount Palmerston, one of Queen Victoria's Prime Ministers. In 1998, it was reformulated, rearranged, and named 1805 in commemoration of the year Truefitt opened its shop. Palmerston Bouquet was part of the exclusive fragrances created for regiments, prominent institutions, and eminent figures. Among these are "The Choice of the Rifle Brigade," "The Favourite of the Royal Artillery," "Jockey Club Bouquet," "The Royal London Yacht Club Bouquet," or "Knickerbocker Nosegay." Olfactory family: citrus floral woody. Top notes: Bergamot, Mandarin, Cardamom, Cypress. Heart notes: Lavender, Geranium, Clary Sage, Nutmeg. Base notes: Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Musk, Vetiver. 100 ml bottle
