Returns and Refunds

Papique accept returns from all countries from which the customer made the purchase.

The customer can return the products within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

The return of products takes place exclusively by means of transport Mail.

The Return Label is provided to customers in the following ways and cases:

-For products with problems
(Applies to incorrect products, damaged by the carrier or with other problems):
the mode is Download/print

-For the customer's afterthought
(Applies when the customer has purchased the wrong product, the wrong size or in case of change of mind):

the mode is a Customer responsibility.

For returns to be possible, the products must be in the same condition New (products sealed in the original packaging and products never used).

None will be applied restocking fee.


For products with problems
It applies to products that are incorrect, damaged by the courier or have other problems. The client will not pay any costs.

Once the goods arrive, they will be checked and refunded using the same payment method, net of any costs to import them.
In case of discrepancies the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

The crediting time will depend on the operator used:

Credit Card Circuit (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express..) 2/5 working days

Paypal circuit 5/7 working days.

 

 

This platform allows consumers to submit complaints related to online purchases with the possibility of reaching an out-of-court settlement.
