Information about shipping
Your products can be shipped Inside and outside the Euro Area:
-Within the Euro Area: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and mainland Spain.
-Outside the Euro area: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Japan, Norway, Poland, United Kingdom, Romania, Singapore, United States of America, Sweden and Switzerland.
All calendar days that are not Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are considered working days.
You will receive the shipment trace on your email with which you can follow your shipment step by step until delivery.
The couriers used are GLS, SDA, UPS, DHL, DPD, PostNL International and Colissimo.

For shipments to Italy, shipping costs 5.90 euros up to 99 euros in the cart. Above this amount it is free. Delivery: 1 to 4 working days from dispatch. If you choose to pay by cash on delivery there are no additional costs.
For shipments to Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia and mainland Spain, shipping costs 9.90 euros up to 99 euros in the cart. Above this amount it is free. Delivery: 4 to 9 working days from dispatch.
For shipments to Australia, shipping costs you 25 AUD up to 165 AUD in cart. Above this amount it is free. We deliver within 15 to 20 working days of order processing. Receive without paying import charges or duties.
For shipments to Canada, shipping costs you 25 EACH until 165 CAD of trolley. Above this amount it is free. We deliver within 15 to 20 working days of order processing. Receive without paying import charges or duties.
For shipments to Denmark, shipping costs you 80 DKK up to 800 DKK of trolley. Above this amount it is free. We deliver within 15 to 20 working days of order processing. Receive without paying import charges or duties.
