1. Dove we ship

Products are shipped from Italy (Via Santa Maria la Carità 18, 84018 Scafati, SA, Italy).
We ship to all the countries listed below, with costs and delivery times varying according to destination.

Important: the total tempo for receiving the order is the sum of the processing times (point 2) and the estimated delivery times (point 3). Delivery times run from dispatch of the order, not from the purchase date.

1. Processing times (handling)

Preparation and packaging: up to 8 working days from payment confirmation (on average 6), depending on availability from our suppliers. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in the confirmation email.
Orders received after 13:00 (Italian time) are considered from the next working day.
"Working days" means Mon–Fri; excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

1. Estimated delivery times

The delivery times indicated below are expressed in working days and run from dispatch of the order, in addition to the processing times referred to in point 2 (that is, from the time of shipment). These are indicative, non-binding estimates and do not constitute an essential term: any deviations do not entitle you to compensation or penalties, without prejudice to the rights granted to the consumer under art. 61 of the Consumer Code.

Italy: 1–4 working days
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom: 2–6 days
Estonia, Finland, Slovenia, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, Greece, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Cyprus, Malta, Luxembourg, Ireland, Norway: 4–9 days
Switzerland: 4–8 working days of transit (estimated delivery 10–16 working days from the order)
United States, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland: between 10 and 15 days
United States: 4–6 working days in transit (estimated delivery 10–14 working days from the order; 3–4 days in transit with express courier for perfumes and aerosols)

For mixed carts the rate of the most restrictive class (dangerous goods) applies. The exact cost is always calculated at checkout based on contents, weight and destination

Perfumes, aerosols and dangerous goods outside the European Union — weight-band rates (from 24 September 2026). Outside the EU, products subject to dangerous goods regulations travel by DHL express courier (3–5 working days after preparation; dangerous goods handling, duties and taxes included) and the cost depends on the chargeable weight of the parcel, in five bands: up to 2 kg, up to 5 kg, up to 10 kg, up to 20 kg and up to 40 kg. The rates below replace, for these products, the "per parcel up to 5 kg" amounts shown above.

1. Partial fulfilment and multiple shipments

In the event of subsequent unavailability of one or more products, the Seller may proceed with shipping the available products, in una or more shipments. In this case:

unavailable products will be refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method;
no additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer: shipping costs remain those indicated at the time of the order, even if the residual value of the order falls below the free shipping threshold;
if the cancelled products constitute an essential part of the order, the customer may request full cancellation with a full refund, including shipping costs.

1. VAT, customs and import taxes

Italy and European Union: the prices shown on the site include VAT. No additional charges for taxes or duties are due on delivery.

All shipments are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): import duties and taxes are included in the price and shipping costs displayed on the site for each served country. No amount is due to the courier or customs authorities upon delivery.

For non-EU orders, delivery times are estimated and non-binding: any customs checks may extend them regardless of the Seller's wishes.

1. Delivery and parcel check

The delivery obligation is deemed fulfilled upon delivery of the products to the customer or to a third party designated by them. For consumer customers, the risk of loss or damage transfers at the time of physical delivery (art. 63 Consumer Code).

At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the parcel and that the number of parcels matches.

In the event of a parcel that is visibly damaged, wet, tampered with or with contents that appear compromised (for example, the sound of breakage), we recommend refusing delivery or accepting only with written reservation on the courier's document, reporting the issue within 48 hours of delivery to info@papique.com, with photographic documentation.

Prompt reporting is a necessary condition for activating protections against the carrier. Acceptance without reservation of a visibly damaged parcel, together with failure to report it within 48 hours, may be taken into account for the purpose of determining the origin of the damage. In any case, the customer's rights arising from the legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected (arts. 128 ff. Consumer Code).

1. Important delivery information

Please check that the address is correct and complete (including any details such as stairwell, flat number, access code).
In the event of an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery or refusal of the parcel without justified reason, shipping and return handling costs may be charged in accordance with our terms.
Shipments to remote areas or smaller islands may require additional time.
Some couriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
