Philip B. Styling products. Imperial Conditioning Cream Russian Amber. Conditioner for all hair types that softens, detangles, and gives volume to the hair. Its formula with L-amino acids and a combination of plants inspired by the Romanov dynasty restores the pH balance to the hair fiber. From the first use, you will notice your hair healthier, shinier, and younger. Apply from mid-length to ends on clean hair, leave for about three minutes, and rinse well. Does not contain parabens or phthalates.
