Novexpert Milky Cleanser Hydro-Biotic is a creamy facial cleanser designed to pamper normal, sensitive, dehydrated, and dry skin. Respecting the skin's hydrolipidic film, this product protects and energizes the skin, gently eliminates bacteria, and releases a series of beneficial substances for the skin's balance (which is restored with due delicacy). It locks in water in the skin to prevent dehydration and restores the resident skin flora. It limits the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria. It rebalances the skin's natural flora. Ideal for all skin types, especially dry (genetic dryness) and tight (seasonal dryness) skin, for sensitive skin, or preventively for normal skin.
