Histoires de Parfums Outrecuidant Eau de Parfum 120 ml is a leathery unisex fragrance. "Outrecuidant" means being too sure of oneself. ‘cuidant' comes from the Latin cogitare ‘to think' and ‘outre' means 'beyond, too much'. In this Eau de Parfum, a great olfactory spark—ginger, nutmeg, and cardamom—provokes a verbal duel with a haughty and pretentious rose that, in turn, reacts to the reply of olibanum. The answer to a puff of tobacco is not long in coming, so much so that in the end even the oud, provoked by patchouli, understands its own arrogance.
