Lost in Heaven, a fragile, sensual, emotional perfume, represents the dichotomy between the desire for a place of unspoiled innocence and the inevitable and controversial burden of life. This duality is represented by a selection of the most angelic notes on one side (orange blossom and jasmine, heliotrope, sandalwood, tonka bean, etc.) while the darker and more imperfect side is conveyed through cumin and other spices, various animalic notes, including a reconstruction of Tonkin Musk. "Lost in Heaven represents an imaginary situation of an adult lost in paradise and the complexity of their feelings, divided between the desire for a place of unspoiled innocence and unconditional love, and the inevitable and controversial baggage of their own existence, made of sin and guilt, real or – even worse – imaginary. This dichotomy, which lies deep in everyone's soul, is represented by a selection of the most angelic notes: the wonderful absolutes of orange blossom and jasmine, together with the soft heliotrope and sandalwood, the sweet and seductive tonka bean, and other notes that I consider heavenly. The darker aspect, on the other hand, is rendered more subtly, less perceptibly, by cumin and other spices, by a wide selection of animalic notes, including a reconstruction of Tonkin musk. I had thought of calling this perfume 'Feeling Good', as I liked the idea of something that would bring peace with oneself and give the feeling of being in paradise: not fake but real, where you have finally come to terms with the 'dark' part of us, with the heavy baggage we carry. Fragile, sensual, emotional, although not technically a gourmand, it makes me think of a dessert, rich in spices and flavored with orange blossom.
