The heart evokes laurel and rosemary, typical Mediterranean plants; with a spicy freshness, juniper brings a herbaceous tone and cypress is a very dry and pungent wood. In the drydown: cistus labdanum and mastic. Mastic is a resin produced by a small tree that grows mainly near the sea. Cistus is a small plant that grows everywhere in the Mediterranean landscape. It has a sweet, leathery and balsamic quality that is impossible not to fall in love with.
