With the second fragrance of the “La Tuberosa secondo me” line, Cristian Cavagna pay homage RenIt's Gruau, pseudonym of Renato Zavagli Ricciardelli delle Caminate, a famous Italian illustrator.
Gruau takes part in the revolution that began in 1947 with the New Look: the lines of feminine codes are rewritten.
He joins those who are now his friends, Dior, Givenchy, Balmain creates shapes for them, he makes advertisements with women covered in ostrich feathers.
