Ecooking Neck & Decolletage Cream is a rich formula that contains Hyadisine, a bioactive regenerating and protective ingredient that helps the skin retain moisture, repair wounds, and increase the production of collagen and elastin. Cellulobeads are added to help the skin retain moisture, instantly filling fine lines and wrinkles for a softer, plumper surface. Niacinamide, a derivative of vitamin B3, inhibits melanin from reaching the skin's surface and protects against UV damage.
