L'Artisan Parfumeur Timbuktu EDT 100 ml is a woody masculine eau de toilette. Inspired by a journey to Mali in West Africa, perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour creates this completely original and vibrant men's fragrance. The essence is a study in contrasts between its exotic African origins and innate French sophistication. Timbuktu is inspired by Wusulan: a ritual fragrance used by generations of Malian women to scent their hair and skin. Powerful blends of flower roots, balms, and spices are meant to bring love and sensuality into the lives of these women. It has spicy notes of green mango and creamy karo-karoundé flower to balance pink pepper, cardamom, and vetiver. Wrapped in the smoke of papyrus wood, incense, and patchouli, it expresses a sensual, airy, and modern scent.
